• Cancellation: DSK Travels possess all rights of postponing or canceling the yacht charter trip for reasons beyond our control, like – weather conditions, equipment malfunction, government policies, or force majeure.
• Important: You must carry your Passport and ID Card as it is mandatory from Dubai Coast Guard.
• Return Policy: You will get the refund if the charter trip is canceled by us, for any reasons beyond our control, like an act of nature or the government restrictions or force majeure. You also have an option to postpone it to another day.
