Important Notice (As per DMCA Regulations):

Once your booking is confirmed, please ensure that all guests bring either their original Passport or Emirates ID at the time of the trip. This is a mandatory requirement set by the Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) and must be strictly followed.

Cancellation Policy:

To receive a full refund, customers must notify the authorized company staff at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled trip.

Guest Identification Requirement (As per UAE Law):

All guests are required to bring valid identification at the time of the trip. Acceptable forms of ID include:
UAE Residents: Original Emirates ID, Passport, or Emirates Driving License
Tourists/Visitors: Original Passport or a clear copy of the Visa page
These documents are mandatory as per UAE maritime regulations and must be presented before boarding.

Additional Information:

Safety & Hygiene Notice – For your safety and to maintain cleanliness on board, please leave your sandals in the designated area before boarding. Footwear is not allowed inside the yacht.
Weather & Mechanical Disclaimer – In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or mechanical issues, guests will be notified at least 48 hours in advance. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Coast Guard Approval Required – All yacht trips are subject to Dubai Coast Guard approval, which is obtained by the company prior to departure. Approvals are granted based on current weather conditions to ensure the safety of all guests.
Rules & Penalties Disclaimer – All charter companies in Dubai and the surrounding Emirates are subject to strict regulations enforced by the Dubai Coast Guard. Penalties may be imposed in key areas for any violation of these rules. If any breach of regulations is caused by guests of RBC, the company reserves the right to transfer any resulting fines or penalties to the responsible guests, especially in cases of non-compliance or disregard for the rules as instructed by the Captain and crew.
Alcohol Consumption & Behavior Policy – While alcohol is permitted on board, abuse of alcohol and any resulting reckless or unsafe behavior may lead to immediate termination of the charter and/or fines. The safety of all guests and crew is a top priority, and such behavior will not be tolerated.
Life Jacket Policy – Life jackets must be worn when deemed necessary by the Dubai Coast Guard, especially in the event of a weather warning. Compliance with this safety measure is mandatory for all guests on board.
Environmental Responsibility – Littering in the sea is strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect marine life and help preserve the natural beauty of Dubai’s waters. Violations may result in penalties as per local environmental regulations.
Swimming Safety Policy – For the safety of all guests, swimming is not permitted more than three meters from the yacht or boat, as per Dubai Coast Guard regulations. This rule is in place to ensure your safety while enjoying the waters.
Guest Capacity Policy – In accordance with UAE law, the final number of guests must be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to departure. The total number of guests, including infants and adults, must not exceed the yacht’s maximum capacity. Non-compliance with this rule may result in booking adjustments or cancellations.
